Teri Lane MSW RSW
Founder and Therapist
Teri has worked in Children's Mental Health in Waterloo Region for 17 years. She has extensive experience working with children, youth, parents and families experiencing challenges with mental health and with family functioning.
As a Registered Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work, as well as certification and training in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Trauma and Attachment, Neurobehavioural approach, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Teri utilizes an eclectic framework to ensure that every individual and family is supported according to their unique needs.
Teri specializes in working with parents to create understanding and respond to their children's behaviour in ways that foster positive communication and encourages healthy relationships. She also supports women experiencing Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, Post Partum Mood Disorder, Perimenopause and challenges with life's transitions.

Kendra Seymour RP
Registered Psychotherapist
Kendra is a seasoned Mental Health Worker with 15 years experience supporting individuals and families in Waterloo Region. She works from a client-centred, trauma and attachment lens in every interaction and clinical session she facilitates.
Kendra has many years experience working with children and youth as well as a passion for supporting older adults and seniors. She is certified in Grief Therapy and supports clients of all ages who are experiencing grief and loss as well as end of life decision-making and related transitions that affect individuals and their families.
She is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and integrates various treatment approaches including Grief Therapy Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to best meet each individual client's needs.

Emily Taylor
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
For more than 6 years Emily has been committed to helping individuals and families build and maintain healthy relationships, manage life's stressors, and foster growth in personal wellness.
Emily is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and a BA in Recreation and Leisure Studies. She has a number of years experience utilizing Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to encourage the ability to be present in the moment, develop healthy ways to manage stress, and to improve relationships. Her recreation and leisure background enables her to be creative when working with children and youth, helping them to better understand their emotions and behaviours through hands on learning and activities.
Emily works from a collaborative, client-centered, and trauma and attachment lens to meet the individual needs of her clients.
